Job Title: Business Development Associate

Infobahn is a web design agency creating custom websites for businesses of all sizes. We seek a motivated Business Development Associate to help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture client relationships.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop and present customized proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of closing projects worth 80,000 INR (1,000 USD) and above.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet the targets.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 3.6 LPA to 7.2 LPA.
• Plus Incentives: Target Based | Between 5% – 12%
